Claire joined Aston-Mansfield in 2014, having worked in senior management roles for a number of organisations in the voluntary, public and private sectors, both in the UK and internationally. Her previous experience includes being Director of Policy and Development at Together and Director of Capital Volunteering, a pan London programme which tackled issues of mental health, isolation and social inclusion through volunteering. She was the international Director of Organisation Development for ActionAid, covering programmes in Africa, Asia and Latin America. She is Chair of  The Baobab Centre for Young Survivors in Exile,a therapeutic community working with young people who have experienced extreme violence and trauma.

Eileen is a qualified accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has worked in a finance role for over 16 years and as an accountant with a number of housing associations including Genesis and Circle Anglia. During her spare time, she volunteers and supports other small charities and voluntary organisations. She is currently the Company Captain of the 2nd Newham Boys Brigade & Girls Association Company based in Royal Docks, London.

Andrea joined Aston-Mansfield in 2017, having worked as a Fundraising Co-ordinator for Waltham Forest Early Help services, supporting universal youth provision for early intervention and prevention work in the community. Her previous experience includes over 20 years working as a Charity Manager for an Adventure playground in Islington, detached youth work and after school provision and more recently working in Newham Early Start where she managed two children centres and developed a volunteer programme.

Yokeu Kusnama specializes in project management and stakeholder engagement, using creative approaches to collaborate with organisations and the young people they serve.  Yokeu has over 15 years experience working with VCS, local authorities and government bodies such as Cabinet Office and Department Health and her interest lies in innovation tools and systems change that can galvanise and empower organisations and young people alike, to create positive changes within and beyond their eco-systems. 

Mark is a Chartered Surveyor and Auctioneer with 30+ years experience in valuing and arranging the disposal of residential and commercial properties both by private treaty and by auction. Acted as Principal Auctioneer for Countrywide Property Auctions at more than 250 auctions held at strategic regional venues throughout the UK; typically in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Exeter. Managing Director of Countrywide Property Auctions 2003-2015.

Since July 2017, he was appointed Property Director for Aston – Mansfield Charitable Trust and responsible for overseeing all aspects of Facilities, Investment and Asset Management. Tasked with maximising strategic opportunities and income from a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio situated in East London. Wholly responsible for the management, welfare and development of the Property Team. An accomplished property professional with a detailed understanding and track record in many sectors of surveying including asset and facilities management, agency, property auctions, commercial and residential development, project management, professional work including rent reviews, lease renewals, valuation and rating.
